My series of sessions with Julian were transformative. I now have a very passionate and fulfilling relationship with my partner thanks to the work that I did with Julian. Hello Pola. I would like to thank you for this wonderful, emotional, healing, consciousness-expanding and energising life experience. I understand what it's all about, what energy work is and what it can trigger. I feel synchronised with the feminine energy. I can finally show my feelings and let them come to the surface again. Multi-dimensional wide-open wonder

I enrolled in a retreat that Julian was co-facilitating, I got introduced to his work, and I got to know him in different dimensions which brought so much into my journey. He took me on a journey of diving to explore new subjects and go deeper inside to discover more and more about myself. I went there with curiosity and came out on the other side in wide-open wonder. One of the things that is still with me to this day, is learning to "Feel and Follow". This represents the journey I was already in, and it expanded even further.

It took me years to find a place like Pola's, heartfelt, open, warm, respectful and with Pola as a very skilled teacher, not afraid to be at her most vulnerable. My heart was opened like never before, and there is really a before and after Pola for me. Connecting your lingam with your heart is life-changing. You realise that frictional sex is so outdated... it is connecting, being vulnerable and growing in your healthy masculine. I have seen people growing and transforming into the best version of themselves. Shame and guilt disappeared, and self-awareness and surrendering grew amazingly. And I made friends for life. Wish I had done this in my 20s... Going felt like stretching my comfort zone, but it was so worth the experience.

Never die at the end of your life regretting things you didn't do.

I have followed several workshops and training courses run by Julian, and each time I've been stunned by his deep knowledge and eloquent guiding. He feels truly safe, trustworthy and inspiring to learn from. Also, he's great and fun companionship :)

Pola's work is inspirational and life-changing to open-minded students. The concept of unconditional love with no sexual intent frees up the mind to new, wonderful possibilities for physical pleasure, which are taught with great detail and a keen sense of humour. I arrived feeling rather vulnerable with a few hang-ups, but soon realised that whatever Pola suggested trying would give me delicious feelings of pleasure and happiness. We start as a group of individuals, and after a few days, we become a team of people who are open to each other but not judgmental and end up as friends. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and knowledge, and love with the world. You are truly a beautiful Goddess and Teacher.

Julian is hugely knowledgeable and experienced in a wide variety of topics. He was in his element answering questions from the guys in our men’s circle.

As well as a competent facilitator, teacher and bodyworker I’d also point out that working with him was a pleasure. Organised, clear and responsible.

After a massage I gave to a friend from the group just a couple of days ago, in which I got to witness profound surrender/release of stuck energy, I realised how much Love wants to move through my hands and that my being thrives in this tantric practice, cultivating higher presence in a profound act of serving, giving and receiving.

Participating in Julian's mens group was a great experience. He helped me dive into my goal and understand what I needed and wanted to work on, providing insights and support throughout the process. Honesty, clarity, insightfulness, organization, and good communication.

I was fortunate enough to spend a few sessions working with Pola, and it is no exaggeration to say that the work we did together transformed my life. With a combination of Tantric coaching, breathwork, bodywork, and massage, Pola introduced me to Tantra in a way that was both structured specifically for my needs and organic enough to allow the sessions to move in whichever direction felt right. As a complete beginner, I was admittedly nervous when I first contacted Pola, but then we spoke on the phone and she immediately put me at ease. Likewise, the minute I entered her studio and talked about the session ahead, I felt comfortable and reassured. Then, throughout the sessions themselves, Pola was able to show me things which I had never before thought possible, things that opened my eyes and changed the way I perceive the world – for the better. Unfortunately, I do not live in Portugal, but if I did I would like to work with Pola on a regular basis, as I feel there is still so much I could learn from her. In short – thank you, Pola. For everything.

Julian is extremely gifted at creating and holding a space inviting us all into to true connection and vulnerability with ourselves and others. I felt it was always a space where we can feel free from any judgement. A master on bringing into words our deepest toughs and feelings. I highly recommend working with him.

I realise now the space in which sexuality can freely arise. Sharing love without a determination of sexual entertainment or satisfaction opens up the gateway of a sexual experience a 1000 times bigger than my first sexual intercourse. A sexual rebirth, and another confirmation of how nice life can be when boundaries are left behind. I recommend all to join a session with Pola, as it is warm, comforting, without any obligation or persuasion, and completely freeing, very easy to surrender into a warm bath of love.

I was a participant on a 5 day retreat where Julian was Co Facilitator, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. He clearly has a depth of wisdom and experiential knowledge around the topic of sexuality and I really loved his warm, playful energy and authentic passion for what he does. He is a creative bright force, showing strong integrity and ethics, bringing his open loving heart to those who have the fortune to receive.

I would like to thank Pola for her ability to bring a group of people together in this format, allowing us to grow and take tantric knowledge to the world out there. This experience was wonderful, especially because of the connections felt between everyone as if they were a family. Each one was able to be what they are. In other words: sharing, union, surrender, love. Definitely, the elements of the Tribe made us go through different experiences and sensations. This is what humanity is in need of. To live love more broadly, to expand love and affection to a wider community and not just to one person or family. An inner encounter with all our nature, with all our senses. In conclusion, Pola managed this gathering in a flawless, great way, adapting each moment to each person’s intensity level.

Julian is an amazingly skilled bodyworker, with a lot of tools. He isn't afraid to dive deep, and his presence is so trustworthy, that it is not difficult to open up to him. He does this with empathy and professionalism. I enjoyed a 7 day private couples retreat with Julian as well as mentoring, coaching and one to one bodywork teachings, I loved all of it.

I had no experience with Tantra. I had been interested in it for a long time and have had a big tantra book for five years standing around, but the book was always too theoretical for me; however, I realised this only with the course. I was really excited before the course. It took a lot of effort to go there, and it also took a lot of effort to overcome myself during the course. But now I can say that it was worth it in several aspects: In the course, I experienced for the first time what it means to love and let love itself. I was able to reduce the fears of touch and performance that I have as a young man. With more self-love towards myself, I can now be softer with the touches and thus enjoy them all the more. I appreciated Pola's awareness and consideration of the female and male participants and their traumas. I felt respectfully treated by her, even though I had difficult moments from time to time. As a group, under Pola’s guidance, we dove into a wonderful world where, for me, the boundaries of age and gender dissolved. I began to perceive my fellow human beings more and more as sentient beings. A big thank you to Pola for your great commitment during the intensive days of the course!
