The retreat is in English, but you don’t need perfect English. We can provide translation to Portuguese or German if needed.

No experience with Tantra or Taoist practices is required. Just come with an open mind and a desire to connect with the retreat’s themes. If you already have some previous work done, even better, your experience in the retreat will be deeper.

All men are welcome! Participants are usually aged 25 to 65 and come from all over the world. What connects everyone is a willingness to grow and become a better version of themselves, regardless of cultural differences.

This retreat is for men only and is alcohol- and drug-free.

Shadow or ego work is the practice of exploring and understanding the hidden or unconscious parts of yourself: the thoughts, feelings, or behaviours you might push away or ignore because they feel uncomfortable, shameful, or painful. These are often things like fears, insecurities, or past traumas that you don’t want to face.

We will guide you gently to become aware of these hidden parts so you can grow into a more authentic and present version of yourself.

Everything at the retreat is optional, and you choose your level of participation. Nudity is not required. For some practices, you can wear as much or as little clothing as you’re comfortable with.

We’ll work with sexual energy, chakra energy, and kundalini energy in a safe way. Any sexual practices will be solo, and you can choose to do them privately or with the group.

Tantra and Taoism are often misunderstood as being only about sex. In truth, they focus on combining love, presence, and life force energy, including sexual energy, to unlock your full potential.

All practices are an invitation and you are to be in full choice at all times. We’ll encourage you to find a balance between respecting your boundaries and gently stepping outside your comfort zone to support your growth and healing.

Some exercises may involve non-sexual physical contact, but these are always optional.

Each day, we’ll have sharing circles where you can ask questions and discuss your experiences to ensure you process and integrate what you’ve learned.

We aim to co-create a safe feeling and confidential space with mutual respect, where everything shared stays within the group. Teachers are always available for emotional support, please feel free to reach out anytime.

Yes! We offer group calls for integration after the retreat. Julian and Pola also provide individual programs for those who want to continue and deepen their journey.

We have limited spots, so the application helps us ensure participants are fully committed to their growth. We prioritise quality over quantity and limit the retreat to 16 men to provide the best experience.

If you’re on a tight schedule, plan to arrive the morning of the retreat or the evening before. Depart the evening of the last day or the morning after. The first session starts at 2 PM, and the last session ends at 4 PM.

You can arrive one day before or stay one night after the retreat. Please mention this in your application, or contact us after booking confirmation.

We’ll send detailed directions to confirmed attendees closer to the retreat date, including contacts for trusted cab drivers and a Telegram group to connect with other participants for ride-sharing.

Daily sessions run from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM with a 2.5-hour lunch break. Breakfast is at 9:00 AM, and dinner is served by 8:00 PM. Some days may include evening events or morning activities like Chi Kung or Kundalini meditation.

To secure your spot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required and you need to complete your payment at least 3 weeks before the retreat starts.

If you cancel: Cancellations must be sent by email. No refunds are given within 21 days of the retreat unless someone else takes your spot. Please read the Terms & Conditions for details.
If we cancel: If the retreat is cancelled for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund.
